St Luke’s named Campaign’s 2nd best medium-sized agency
St Luke’s has been named as Campaign’s 2nd best medium-sized place to work! The survey was conducted by Campaign Magazine and looked at companies across the industry, gathering data and talking to employees to determine the most desirable employers.
In this, its inaugural year, St Luke’s ranked 2nd in the ‘Medium Companies’ category, with attention being drawn to the ‘Make Yourself More Interesting’ fund, the joiners gift, Friday nibbles, and of course, the summer Oxlympiad.
The Agency features on this year’s A-Z of places to work, alongside the likes of adam&eve, McCann, and Mother.
It’s recognition of a company culture and work environment that has existed for years, best expressed by CEO Neil Henderson’s belief that ‘companies must allow employees to live their personal values through their work’.
